Courthouses and Division

Sorry guys. Apparently my life has taken a turn for the busier. Mark has a big exam on Friday, so I've been trying to let him study without interruptions (very difficult to do if I am even in the house). Last week, I spent some time in Beaver Falls with Mark's family, and had a great time! I have a new nephew and niece! Their adoption was official last Tuesday, and Irene and I went to the courthouse with them. This week, I just today made plans to go visit my good friend in Toronto.

What would a post be without an Irene story? Saturday night, during family worship, Mark was looking at the number of verses in the chapter for the evening, and decided to split it in half.
Mark: "Let's see...52 divided by two is twenty..."
Irene: "SIX!"
Now, the question is, why did she say the right number? Was it just a fluke? Was she processing the "fifty" into "five" and then saying the next number? Does she really know division? Since she can't count past ten, I rather doubt that it was any display of genius, but it was still amusing!

I don't think it had sunk in yet. Actually, I don't know if you had even left by the time I posted that. ;) We did have lots of fun!

For the record, Maggie is cool, but she left. :(
